Bekka

Bekka is our fearless office manager and all-around admin guru—though she's still waiting to hear her official title. Whether it's organizing chaos or making virtual waves, Bekka brings warmth, wit, and a healthy appreciation for caffeine to the team.

A lifelong Cedar Rapids native (with a brief detour to Sydney, Australia), Bekka has lived in the same house since she was five. She's a proud mom of three incredible kids who constantly surprise her with fun facts—like the dangers of power lines versus lightning—and even more life lessons.

When she’s not keeping our office running smoothly, you’ll find Bekka paddling any body of water she can find, sipping her favorite tea (caffeinated, of course), and browsing shoe stores she promises she can’t be trusted in. She's also an avid reader—especially memoirs, personal development, and historical fiction—and thrives on stage whether she's singing, speaking, teaching, or all three at once.

Bekka’s approach to life is refreshingly real: lakes over oceans, joggers over jeans, and a strong belief that clear is kind. She’ll never say no to breakfast for dinner or a spontaneous coffee (or margarita) invite.

We’re thrilled to have her energy, experience, and humor in the mix—just don’t ask her to choose between bacon and tacos.
