Join Tyler and Jody weekly at EIPS from 5:30-6:30PM outdoors (indoors if weather is bad) for a trauma informed yoga class. Bring your mat, we do have a few but you might even get a visit from one of the therapy dogs! Come learn ways to regulate your nervous system, breathing exercises and grow your yoga practice!
