Everyone has resilience but...
When negative forces take over, sometimes it can make it too difficult to cope. As a therapist, I focus on a mind-body approach to healing, recognizing that emotional and physical well-being are deeply interconnected. My work fosters connection and intimacy in relationships with ourselves, others, and our communities. I offer treatment for anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, self-esteem issues, and relationship issues. I also help couples rediscover intimacy, communication, and trust. I have experience guiding couples and non-monogamous partners through crises, whether it's navigating infidelity, communication breakdowns, or life transitions that strain their bond. I have insight into how neurodivergent relationships can sometimes cause misunderstanding and disconnection.
I have worked in various settings, including mental health crisis centers, non-profits, and private practice. I have clinical experience working with children, teens, adults, and couples. My approach to therapy is integrative, relational, strengths-based, and evidence-based—drawing from CBT, solution-focused therapy, family systems, narrative, play therapy, mindfulness techniques, and person-centered therapy.
I believe in the power of empathy—the ability to deeply connect with and comprehend your experiences, challenges, and aspirations. I strive to create a world where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued regardless of background or identity. Please reach out if you feel like we could be a good fit.
