The Wellness Collective offers a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet you where you are and support your well-being.
MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
One-on-one support with a licensed therapist to address anxiety, depression, trauma, or life changes. Using approaches like CBT or EMDR, therapy provides a safe space to explore emotions, build coping skills, and work toward personal goals.
GROUP THERAPY
A supportive group of 6–12 participants led by a therapist, focusing on shared concerns such as grief, addiction, or social anxiety. Group therapy fosters connection, reduces isolation, and offers diverse perspectives while teaching coping skills.
EMDR
EYE MOVEMENT DESENSITIZATION & REPROCESSING
EMDR helps reprocess traumatic or distressing memories so they feel less overwhelming. Through guided eye movements or similar techniques, a therapist supports healing and builds healthier coping. While best known for PTSD, EMDR is also effective for anxiety, phobias, and grief.

Designed for children ages 3–12, play therapy uses toys, games, art, and role-play to help kids express emotions, process experiences, and address challenges like anxiety, trauma, or behavioral difficulties. In a safe and supportive environment, children naturally explore their feelings and build emotional growth through play.
SOMATIC THERAPY
Somatic therapy focuses on the mind–body connection to address trauma, stress, and anxiety. By tuning into bodily sensations through practices like breathwork, mindful movement, or body awareness, clients release stored tension and unresolved emotions. This approach helps foster resilience, emotional balance, and a deeper connection to the self.
ANIMAL-ASSISTED THERAPY
Incorporating therapy dogs into sessions, animal-assisted therapy uses the calming presence of animals to reduce stress, ease anxiety and depression, and support emotional regulation. Guided by a therapist, clients engage in activities like petting, grooming, or structured interactions to promote healing and connection.
EXPRESSIVE ARTS THERAPY
Through creative outlets such as art, music, dance, drama, or writing, expressive arts therapy helps individuals explore emotions and experiences that may be hard to put into words. This process encourages self-discovery, emotional release, and healing in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
